These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the syneto.eu website, its sub-domains and any online services, demos and forms offered through them (together, the “Site”), operated by the Syneto Group (“Syneto”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational and evaluation purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
- interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Site; or
- copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
2. Product demos and trials
Interactive demos, sandboxes and trial environments are provided for evaluation purposes only, “as is”, and may use simulated or sample data. They do not constitute a production service and carry no availability, performance or data-retention commitment. Any contact details you submit through a demo or form are processed in accordance with our prospect privacy notice (art. 13 GDPR) — see all privacy notices.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and all its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Syneto and SynetoOS marks, software, and the look and feel — are owned by or licensed to Syneto and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to view the Site for your own evaluation. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Information on the Site (including product specifications and performance figures) is for general guidance and may change without notice. Binding commitments are made only in a signed agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syneto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
