Burn to USB or mount via BMC virtual media (iDRAC / XCC / iLO).
Pick 2 boot drives for software mirror; pick data drives for the SyFS pool.
Set mgmt network (DHCP or static). Installer validates connectivity before continuing.
Reboot. SynetoOS comes up production-ready in <90 seconds.

VSA on ESXi cannot run Hyperion (the host is already ESXi). Use VSA for evaluation, branch sites, or migration sandboxes — not for primary production where Hyperion would be the better choice.
